Change Manager

Hiring: Change Manager | ITIL / ITIL v4 | Active SC Clearance We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our team on a UK-based remote working role. Key Requirements

• Strong experience in IT Change Management within an ITIL-based environment.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management processes, principles and best practices.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification is highly desirable.
• Active SC Clearance is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end Change Management process.
• Strong experience in Change assessment, impact analysis, risk assessment, prioritisation and approvals.
• Ability to identify, manage and escalate risks and issues associated with changes.
• Experience driving continual service/process improvement and improving Change Management KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Ability to work effectively with Service Managers, Operational Leads, Project/Programme Managers, Customers and Suppliers.
• Strong analytical, organisational, planning and time-management skills.
