Project Associate
at Foundation for Youth DevelopmentAbout Foundation for Youth Development Limited: Foundation for Youth Development (“FYD”) is a Section 88 non-profit organization set up in the summer of 2025, sparked by the decade-long impact of its former student-run, youth-led volunteer organization, Project Empowerment Hong Kong (“PEME HK”). PEME HK was founded in 2015 at the City University of Hong Kong by a group of ethnically diverse (“ED”) university students. For 10 years, PEME dedicated itself to uplifting ED youths through peer-to-peer mentorship, networking, integration programs, and advocacy. Witnessing this decade-long impact, three PEME volunteers co-founded FYD to envision a broader platform that amplifies this reach. At FYD, we envision that every young person in Hong Kong has the confidence to lead and thrive in their futures. Made and led by youth, for youth, we connect underserved young people with education and career guidance resources to make informed and confident choices about their futures. We believe that meaningful youth development comes from youth-led approaches, guided by a personal understanding of the lived experiences we share with the youth we work with. 💡 The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Project Associate for a 1-year contract to support our dynamic youth initiatives. This is a role for someone eager to learn and launch their social impact career at a small, yet ambitious, and deeply dedicated NGO. We are seeking a candidate who can adapt, thrives on challenges, is a problem-solver, and is eager to roll up their sleeves to test their capabilities. If you prefer a highly structured routine role, this role may not be the right fit for you. 💪🏼 What You'll Be Doing: Co-ordinate and Deliver Programs:
