Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager (Arts & Culture) My client is a leading organisation in Hong Kong with a strong commitment to social contribution. Its charitable arm works with government, NGOs and community partners to address social issues through innovative, cross-sector approaches. They are looking for a strong, senior project and stakeholder manager who can oversee a multi-year flagship project focused on talent development and cultural promotion, leading a small coordination team and working closely with external partners in Hong Kong and the Mainland. Key Responsibilities

• Manage project partners and vendors through planning, delivery and ongoing review of project components
• Run regular partner meetings and prepare related papers, reports and documentation
• Oversee programme delivery across Hong Kong and the Mainland, including outreach and infrastructure-related components
• Lead high-profile events and ceremonies that raise the profile of the project and the organisation
• Manage internal and external stakeholder engagement
• Track outcomes and budget, and report regularly to senior management and governing committees
• Monitor external trends, identify risks and put mitigation measures in place
• Oversee impact assessment and data analysis to inform project adjustments
• Develop and support team members About You
• 10-15+ years of experience in a consultancy, law firm, arts/culture organisation or government body, including 5+ years at managerial level
• Strong project management background
• Experience in the arts and culture sector preferred
