Technical Project Manager - SaaS

Technical Project Manager – Hong Kong My client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology and digital transformation programmes within the financial services sector. The role will focus on delivering enterprise technology solutions across regional markets, working closely with clients, product teams, engineering teams and senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into clear technical delivery plans, managing implementation programmes from inception through to go-live, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard across scope, timeline, budget and quality. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and SaaS implementation programmes across Hong Kong and wider Asia.
• Manage relationships with banks, brokerages, insurers and other financial institutions.
• Translate business and product requirements into clear technical deliverables and project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, UX, operations and client stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues and delivery governance.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and senior business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout delivery.
• Support the launch of digital wealth, investment and advisory solutions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, decision-making and successful implementation through to post-launch.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, project methodologies and ways of working. Requirements
• 8+ years of project or programme management experience within banking, fintech, financial services or enterprise technology.
• Proven experience delivering complex technology implementations, preferably SaaS or financial technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of the financial services environment, ideally including wealth management, investment, trading or digital banking.
• Experience managing regional programmes involving multiple markets and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering and product teams.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and project governance.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent certification would be advantageous. Hong Kong
