Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in the Leyland area for a reliable and hardworking 3.5 Tonne Driver to join their team on a temporary basis with potential for the position to go permenant.
The Role
- Driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle, trunking between various company sites
- Loading and unloading vehicles as required
- Assisting with general yard duties when needed
- Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting tasks
- Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service
Person Specification
- Previous commercial driving experience
- Full UK driving licence with experience driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle
- Reliable, professional and hardworking attitude
- Comfortable undertaking physical duties and manual handling
- ADR licence would be advantageous but is not essential
- Able to start immediately
Salary & Benefits
- £14.10 per hour
- 40 hours per week
- Temporary ongoing opportunity
- Immediate start available
