  • Provide support on urgent and short-turnaround projects. The team supports approximately 70 hours of content-sharing titles and 40 hours of assessments each month. Tracking also covers around 200 titles for an international partner and 400 linear network titles per month. What you'll bring
  • At least three years' experience as a production assistant or coordinator in a busy broadcast or post-production environment.

  • Clear written and verbal communication, initiative and a collaborative approach.
  • Confidence using Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • An interest in popular factual, lifestyle and sports content, and a willingness to learn about compliance requirements, including Ofcom rules.
  • Experience with scheduling systems such as IBMS or SchedulALL is useful. Training on relevant regional certification requirements will be provided.
  • A global outlook. A degree is welcomed. If you have experience coordinating broadcast or post-production workflows and enjoy keeping complex content projects moving, we'd like to hear from you.
