• Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover
• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to senior management
• Manage technical submissions, RFIs, and design coordination activities
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final project handover
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and client satisfaction
• Build and develop strong relationships with both existing and new clients Requirements
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the building services or MEP sector
• Experience delivering commercial fit-out projects
• Strong mechanical building services background
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing projects from inception through to completion
• Commercial awareness and financial management capabilities
