Facilities Manager

Anabas is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at a prestigious client site in Snowhill, Birmingham. This is a high-profile, client-facing role where you will lead the delivery of exceptional facilities management services and provide the 5-star experience our clients expect. You will take ownership of the site's FM operation, lead the on-site team, manage suppliers and build strong relationships with the client. What you'll be responsible for

• Managing and supporting the Anabas team on site
• Coordinating and monitoring supplier performance
• Driving consistently high standards of service delivery
• Identifying and implementing improvements to services and processes
• Ensuring statutory compliance and PPM delivery
• Managing reactive issues and incidents effectively
• Working with on-site teams to achieve performance targets
• Managing P&L, billing and additional client works
