Executive Assistant to Founder (Temp to permanent) Location: West London (Hybrid) Salary: £50,000- £60,000 A small but highly successful, privately owned investment and operating group is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is a standout opportunity to join a growing organisation with a strong track record of acquiring and scaling UK businesses across sectors including healthcare, construction, and property. With a current portfolio generating over £45m in annual turnover and ambitious plans for significant growth over the next 3–5 years, the business offers both stability and exciting long-term prospects. Working within a close-knit and collaborative team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Founder's activities, acting as a trusted partner and key point of coordination. Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-level, 1:1 executive support to the Founder
• Complex diary and schedule management
• Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
• Processing and managing expenses
• Acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
• Attending meetings where required, taking minutes and tracking follow-ups Candidate Profile
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in an EA/PA or similar role
• Proven ability to support at senior level in a fast-paced environment (ideally Financial services)
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
• Comfortable working closely with the Founder within a small team
• Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
