Mortgage Case Manager

Our client is a very well established firm in Manchester looking for mortgage case managers. Experienced mortgage case manager within minimum 2 years of experience. c35K package Hybrid flexible working with 3 days in the office The role

• Manage mortgage and lending applications from initial enquiry through to completion
• Liaise with lenders, underwriters, valuers, solicitors and clients throughout the process
• Package and submit high-quality applications across a range of lending products
• Proactively manage pipelines and keep all parties updated on progress
• Resolve queries and outstanding requirements quickly to ensure smooth completions
• Support brokers in delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the journey What they're looking for
• Experience working as a Mortgage Case Manager, Mortgage Administrator, Lending Coordinator or similar
• Strong understanding of the mortgage application process
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously without compromising accuracy
• Confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach
