FP&A Strategy Analyst

A unique opportunity for a driven individual to join a leading global reinsurance organisation in London. Our client is keen to identify someone with FP&A experience gained in the Lloyd's insurance market to support the design, coordination and implementation of operational priorities that shape the strategic direction of the Portfolio Management function, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and enhance strategic execution across the business. Experience with AI is preferred and you will have managed a broad set of stakeholders. The role covers three main areas: coordinating and tracking strategic initiatives (including capital planning and model management activity, project documentation, timelines and stakeholder updates); supporting leadership engagement through off-sites, quarterly planning meetings and other portfolio and capital forums, while acting as a liaison across Underwriting, Portfolio Management and Global Services; and developing clear, compelling presentation materials and briefing documents for senior leadership, applying structured thinking to break down complex business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
