About the job
Role: Credit Controller Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week Duration: Permanent Rate: £30,000 - £35,000 Benefits: 25 days leave plus bank holiday, private health insurance, company pension and death in service scheme
Duties:
- Manage customer accounts and collections activities, ensuring timely payment and effective credit risk management.
- Build positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and drive successful outcomes.
- Analyse aged debt, collection performance and debtor trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping to introduce automation, AI tools and smarter ways of working.
