Job Summary Databricks Clean Rooms Engineer We are looking for an experienced Databricks Clean Rooms Engineer to design, configure, and manage secure data collaboration environments using Databricks Clean Rooms, Unity Catalog, Delta Sharing, SQL, and Python. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Databricks data platforms, data sharing, privacy controls, and cloud security, with the ability to work with technical, privacy, legal, and security stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Architect and configure Databricks Clean Rooms using Delta Sharing across clouds and workspaces.
• Configure Unity Catalog metastores, catalogs, permissions, and data sharing.
• Build and approve Clean Room notebooks and queries using SQL and Python.
• Implement privacy controls such as row filters, column masking, aggregation thresholds, and pseudonymisation/hashing.
• Manage collaborator onboarding, output approvals, and access revocation.
• Configure audit logging, data lineage, and monitoring.
• Work with legal, privacy, and security teams to implement data-sharing requirements.
• Create architecture diagrams, runbooks, and reusable technical patterns. Required Skills
• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Platform Engineering.
• 2+ years of Databricks experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and Delta Sharing.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Knowledge of privacy and data protection concepts, including GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.
• Experience with IAM, network security, and auditing on AWS or Azure.
• Previous experience with Databricks Clean Rooms or similar platforms is highly desirable.
