Our client is a dynamic planning consultancy, that operate across 10 offices across the UK. They are a multi-disciplinary working together across planners, socio-economics, architects, designers and other specialist consultants. The team focuses on strategic planning projects, planning applications and land promotions for residential developments across the Northern region of the UK. 🔎 WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR: 5+ years of experience in Town Planning, ideally within a planning consultancy. You will be Chartered (RTPI) or working towards it. Have previous experience working on multiple projects at any one time and have clear understanding of the planning process.
