Senior Electrical Engineer

⚡ Senior Electrical Engineer | Oxford | Hybrid Ready to move beyond purely technical design and take greater ownership of projects, clients and people? A growing building services team in Oxford is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join them on a diverse portfolio of projects across the heritage, transport, education, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, public and community sectors. You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle — from initial surveys and feasibility through to design, delivery and handover — while developing your technical, project and leadership responsibilities. 🔧 What you'll be responsible for You'll have the opportunity to take ownership across areas including:

• Leading project surveys and feasibility studies
• Delivering electrical project design
• Preparing specifications and technical documentation
• Supporting on-site supervision and contract administration
• Managing electrical services installations
• Overseeing engineers and technicians
• Mentoring and developing junior team members
• Managing project workflows and key milestones
• Maintaining internal QA standards
• Supporting bids, fee proposals and project financial management as you progress 👷 What we're looking for We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer who is ready to take on more responsibility and influence.
