Senior Quality Engineer Northamptonshire £65k per annum The client is looking at its biggest ever year in 2027 and we're looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join a specialist engineering and manufacturing business, taking ownership of quality activities within a fast paced manufacturing environment. They are driving the future engineering and technology across many sectors including motorsport. Speaking with the hiring manager this could lead naturally into a management position, progression is definitely on offer here....... This is a hands-on role where you'll mentor a team of Quality Engineers, drive continuous improvement and work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure products and processes meet the highest quality standards. The Role Lead and develop the Quality Engineering duties/team. Oversee quality planning for exciting prototype projects. Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Support NPI and APQP activities, ensuring quality requirements are met throughout the process. Lead 8D problem-solving activities and resolve customer quality concerns. Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant quality standards. About You Experience in a fast paced manufacturing quality role within precision engineering. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; AS9100 experience would be advantageous. Knowledge of inspection processes and problem-solving techniques. Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills. Interested?
