Audit Senior Manager | Fast Growth Clients | EXCLUSIVE Location: London or surrounding areas Salary: Base starting from late £70k + Bonus Working pattern: Hybrid, no core office days Contact: melaina.birdi@onehiring.com One Hiring are working exclusively with a fast growing, entrepreneurial B-Corp accountancy firm that is continuing to build out it's highest performing audit function, that's enjoyed +30% YOY growth for 5yrs! They're looking for an Audit Senior Manager who is comfortable owning a portfolio and is ready for more leadership opportunities, hold trusted client relationships and will enjoy clear pathway to Director in c.2yrs. Audit Senior Manager Client Base: The team works with start-up through to medium-sized, rapidly growing businesses, with a particular focus on technology companies (sector focus not required). You'll work closely with entrepreneurial businesses and their leadership teams, allowing you to act more of a trusted advisor with genuine opportunity to build relationships. The expectation is that you'll be comfortable managing a c.£750k book, with the longer-term target being to build towards a £1m+ portfolio. Fees are from £10k to £250k. Growth Credentials: This isn't a team waiting for growth to happen there is already a strong flow of work, a healthy pipeline and genuine opportunity for someone commercially minded making their mark. The team currently has:

• Over doubled their new business target
• Leading to another +30% YOY growth
• 5yr plan to over 3x revenues
• +75% conversion rate on all new business tenders For the right Senior Manager, that creates a genuine opportunity for uncapped progression (cheesy I know but these numbers substantiate it!). The Partner's confident this person can reach RI within around two years with support. You will also have the ability at Senior Manager to influence the direction of the team as it continues to grow.
