  • Proactively identify and deliver energy-saving opportunities
  • Develop and implement plant and HVAC optimisation strategies
  • Monitor energy consumption, metering and environmental conditions
  • Track building performance and produce energy and reliability reporting
  • Carry out predictive analysis of critical equipment
  • Support energy reduction, sustainability and Net Zero initiatives
  • Diagnose BMS, HVAC and wider building-services issues
  • Carry out inspections, maintenance and hands-on fault finding where required
  • Work with engineering teams and specialist BEMS contractors to implement improvements What we're looking for You'll ideally have a background in BEMS/BMS, building controls, HVAC, energy management or building performance engineering, with:
  • Strong BMS operation, diagnostics and trend-analysis experience
  • Experience with platforms such as Trend, Distech, Siemens, Sauter, Honeywell or Carel
  • Good knowledge of HVAC and mechanical/electrical building services
  • An understanding of energy management and low-carbon building operation
  • The ability to analyse performance data and turn findings into practical improvements
  • Experience within critical environments or data centres would be advantageous
