Infrastructure Engineer

Infrastructure Engineer Hybrid - London (3 days per week) Up To £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits Overview We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing technology team that is investing heavily in cloud, automation and AI-driven solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 5-6 years of infrastructure engineering experience who's built strong foundation within Microsoft technologies and Azure and is looking to take ownership of modern cloud environments while gaining greater exposure to AI-enabled platforms and services. What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, building and maintaining Azure-based infrastructure.
• Supporting cloud-first initiatives across the business.
• Driving automation through Infrastructure as Code.
• Managing identity, networking, security and platform services.
• Collaborating with development and architecture teams on new cloud solutions.
• Supporting the adoption of AI services and cloud-based innovation projects.
• Monitoring, optimising and improving platform performance, security and reliability. What We're Looking For
• 5+ years' experience in Infrastructure, Cloud or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure networking.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting using Powershell and Python.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments.
• Understanding of security, governance and best practice cloud operations. Nice to Have
• Exposure to Azure AI, Azure OpenAI or AI-powered cloud services.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or container platforms.
• Experience working within regulated or enterprise environments. What's on Offer?
