Senior 360 Recruiter / Business Developer Location: London Bridge, SE1 You know how to turn a conversation into a client relationship, a brief into a shortlist, and a placement into repeat business. At Liberty Towers, we're looking for an experienced 360 recruiter who enjoys owning that whole process. We're a London-based recruitment agency working with clients in the UK and internationally. This is an opportunity to grow your desk, build lasting partnerships and have a direct hand in the agency's growth. We love AI, We have a modern easy to use CRM and will provide you with LinkedIn Recruiter Plus with Linkedin's own AI hiring assistant. What you'll do:

• Win new business and develop existing client relationships.
• Take briefs, advise clients on the market and run searches from first conversation through to placement.
• Find and engage candidates through research, outreach, referrals and your network.
• Manage the process well for everyone involved: clear communication, honest advice and dependable follow-through.
• Share your knowledge and support less experienced colleagues. What you'll bring: You'll have a successful track record in 360 recruitment, including business development and placements. You're confident opening doors with prospective clients, comfortable negotiating, and good at building trust with candidates and hiring teams. You'll also be organised enough to manage several searches at once and motivated to develop your desk with the support of a collaborative team. Why Liberty Towers?
