Company Overview The Lost City Adventure Golf is an indoor, immersive leisure venue that brings together entertainment and hospitality. We are a versatile, high-energy destination, serving as a favorite spot for family-friendly days out, as well as a lively social hub featuring interactive darts lanes and a busy Tiki bar known for its two-for-one cocktails and bottomless brunches. Hours: 37.5 hours per week Summary We are on the lookout for an experienced, people-focused General Manager to lead, motivate, and inspire our team to ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. Alongside running the day-to-day operations of a busy, high-volume venue, you will be driven to actively grow the business. You will be involved in running in-house events and take the lead on handling corporate and private bookings as well as proactively promoting The Lost City within the community. What We Are Looking For:

• Proven Hospitality Experience: You have worked in fast-paced hospitality environments. You know exactly what it takes to run a smooth shift, handle high volume, and think on your feet.
• Balanced Leadership Style: You lead by example and work alongside your team on the floor in a friendly, approachable way. However, you maintain the professional boundaries required to manage, respect, and hold staff accountable.
• Impeccable Standards: You have a keen eye for detail and cleanliness. You will take pride in maintaining the venue's appearance, which includes directly managing our cleaning team and maintenance needs.
• Core Management Skills: You possess a solid understanding of basic HR processes, including team onboarding, performance management, and rotas.
• Practical Mindset: We are looking for a grounded, straight-talking, and pragmatic professional who focuses on hard work, clear communication, and getting the job done. Requirements:
• Previous experience in General Management or an equivalent role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
