Interim Payments Director

We are currently partnering with a PE-backed entertainment organisation in their search for an Interim Payments Director to support them on a large-scale payments transformation programme. Reporting into the COO, this role will be responsible for leading the rollout and operational implementation of a group-wide payments and cashless infrastructure platform across an international portfolio. Essential experience/qualifications required:

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation and payment platform implementation programmes across multi-site or multi-brand environments
• Strong programme delivery capability, including operational rollout, governance, and stakeholder alignment
• Experience working with payments platforms, commerce infrastructure, POS ecosystems, and delivering these programmes in B2C environments
• Strong operational implementation experience, including process standardisation and cross-functional coordination This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced transformation leader to support a strategically important programme focused on scaling and standardising commerce and payments infrastructure across a global entertainment platform.
