We're looking for an experienced Repairs Manager to join our growing WPS business and play a key role in delivering exceptional responsive maintenance services to our customers and communities. 🔧 What You'll Be Doing As our Repairs Manager, you'll lead the operational delivery of responsive maintenance services, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead and inspire a team of Supervisors, Administrators, Planners and Operatives ✅ Drive excellent customer satisfaction and continuously improve service delivery ✅ Oversee the scheduling and delivery of large multi-trade repairs, ensuring the right resources are allocated ✅ Manage operational performance, productivity and quality across the contract ✅ Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed across the workforce ✅ Work closely with Commercial teams to identify and resolve invoicing issues and maximise contract performance ✅ Champion Health & Safety compliance and create a positive safety culture ✅ Build strong relationships with clients, customers and internal stakeholders ✅ Monitor performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives 🌟 What We're Looking For We're seeking a confident and experienced leader who can motivate teams and deliver excellent operational results.
