Role Description The Brand Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Sheffield Area. This role involves representing mAIself.io in person at events, partner locations, and community engagements to promote brand awareness and AI solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with potential users and partners, explaining product features and benefits, answering questions, and gathering feedback to share with internal teams. The Brand Representative will support customer service efforts, assist with local marketing initiatives, maintain consistent brand messaging, and help create positive experiences that reflect the company's mission. This position requires close collaboration with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure that brand values and offerings are communicated clearly and effectively. Qualifications

• Relevant experience in field marketing, customer-facing roles, or retail brand representation is beneficial.
• Knowledge or interest in AI technologies and digital products is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Sheffield Area, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are preferred.
