As a Pricing Analyst my core purpose is to: Support the development and delivery of pricing recommendations across food, drink and promotions that drive profitable growth across our pub portfolio. Working closely with the Pricing & Market Insight Manager and wider commercial teams, the role analyses pricing performance, market trends and the impact on guest behaviour.
