Project Manager

Project Manager - Social Housing Retrofit Permanent West London (Brent, Kilburn & Ealing) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team delivering social housing retrofit, refurbishment and planned works projects across West London. This is a permanent opportunity overseeing multiple live projects across occupied and void housing stock, managing subcontractors, programme delivery, health & safety, quality, and client relationships. The Role You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of works across Brent, Kilburn and Ealing, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. This is a mobile role, balancing site inspections, client meetings and project administration across multiple locations. Scope of Works

• Structural retrofit works
• EICS / External Wall Insulation
• Kitchen replacement programmes
• Bathroom replacement programmes
• Refurbishment of fire-damaged properties
• Internal and external refurbishment works
• Planned maintenance projects
• Occupied and void social housing properties What We Need
• Experience as a Project Manager within social housing, planned works, refurbishment or retrofit
• SMSTS
• Asbestos Duty to Manage
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and quality compliance
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage both site operations and project paperwork Desired Experience
