  • Build effective working relationships across global and regional teams, translating technical issues into clear business decisions. ABOUT YOU Essential
  • Significant hands-on Dayforce experience across configuration, workflows, forms, security, system administration and technical troubleshooting.

  • Strong vendor and implementation-partner management skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and maintain ownership of key decisions.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and balance business, operational and technical priorities. Desirable
  • Dayforce product training or certification across Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management or Benefits.
  • Experience working within a complex, multi-brand or geographically distributed organisation.
  • Experience partnering with Finance and Technology teams on payroll accounting, identity management, data platforms or enterprise integrations.
  • Experience developing HRIS service measures, platform roadmaps or business cases for HR technology investment.
