Housekeeping Manager

🏠 Housekeeping Manager | Manor Cottages, Bourton-on-the-Water Love leading teams, delivering high standards, and creating exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our local housekeeping operation across our portfolio of beautiful Cotswolds holiday cottages.

• 💰 £28,500 per year
• 📍 Bourton-on-the-Water
• ⏰ 37.5 hours per week (5 days out of 7) You'll be responsible for:
• ✅ Managing and supporting a team of housekeepers
• ✅ Recruitment, training and rota planning
• ✅ Maintaining exceptional property standards
• ✅ Stock, linen and supplier management
• ✅ Building strong relationships with cleaners and contractors
• ✅ Supporting guests and owners with occasional on-call cover We're looking for someone with:
• ✔️ Experience leading people and teams
• ✔️ Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
• ✔️ Excellent attention to detail
• ✔️ Great communication skills
