Due to further growth and expansion within the business, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agency professional to join an established and successful team as a Sales Progressor. • As a Sales Progressor you will be responsible for the full sales progression process.
• Progressing branch sales from start point to exchange/completion.
• Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, brokers, solicitors and Surveyors.
• AML checks.
• Maintaining a strong working relationship with sellers ensuring regular and clear communication.
• Weekly sales meetings.
• Upholding company standards. Candidate
• Previous Estate Agency experience essential.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and sustain key relationships with professionals.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Strong telephone manner.
• Commercial awareness and KPI management capability.
