• Lead, motivate and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a premium in-store experience.
• Understand customer needs and provide expert product guidance and styling advice.
• Capture and manage customer information to support relationship building and customer engagement initiatives.
• Train and coach team members to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximise store profitability.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Oversee stock control and inventory management, ensuring products are well presented and available.
• Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support promotional events, trunk shows, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about bridal and occasionwear trends to maintain product and market knowledge.
• Manage appointments, customer orders, and administrative processes.
• Conduct dress fittings and consultations with excellent attention to detail.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and overall store presentation standards. Requirements
• Previous experience in bridalwear or occasion wear sales is essential.
• Proven experience in a retail management or leadership role.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
