Factory Manager

Factory Manager | UK Manufacturing | c.100 Employees Do you have what it takes to take full ownership of a fast-paced manufacturing operation? Shillito Executive Search has been exclusively retained to appoint a Factory Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy UK manufacturing facility employing around 100 people. This is a senior operational leadership role for someone who is comfortable being visible, hands-on and accountable for the performance of the entire factory. Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of:

• People and leadership
• Production and operational performance
• Health & safety
• Quality
• Cost and commercial performance
• Stock and inventory
• Maintenance
• Productivity and efficiency
• Continuous improvement We are keen to speak with experienced leaders currently working in Factory, Operations or Production Management who have a proven track record of leading teams, improving performance and delivering results in a manufacturing environment. This is not a desk-based management role. We are looking for someone who leads from the front, makes decisions, solves problems and understands the operational and commercial consequences of those decisions.
