We are entering an exciting new phase of growth and are looking for an exceptional General Manager to take ownership of the division's day-to-day performance and help build it into a scalable, commercially successful education business. This is not simply an operations role. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner — someone who can see opportunities, build relationships, lead people, improve systems and turn strategy into results.   The Role As General Manager, you will take responsibility for the operational, commercial and strategic performance of ESG Education. • Experience managing people and projects
  • Strong organisational and operational capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confidence working independently
  • A genuine interest in education, leadership and personal development Most importantly, you will have an entrepreneurial mindset. You don't need to have every answer.
