Foundation Director

We're recruiting a new Foundation Director to lead The AIM Foundation into its next chapter. AIM is a small, ambitious family foundation funding organisations that share our mission: to help children start school ready to thrive and to bring life back to the UK's rivers. This is a varied, hands-on role combining strategic grantmaking, relationship-building and the day-to-day management of the Foundation. Working closely with an engaged board of trustees and our charity partners, the new Director will have plenty of scope to shape AIM's future direction and impact. Our current Foundation Director, Sarah Irving, is stepping down after nearly four years and will remain in post during the recruitment and handover period.
