RBAC Lead | Identity & Access Management 📍 Bristol (2 Days Per Week Onsite) 📅 Contract Until March 2027 🔒 Active SC Clearance Required An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Lead to support a major secure programme focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM), security governance, and access control operations. This position will play a key role in managing role-based access processes, user lifecycle management, security compliance, and access governance across a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead RBAC and access control activities
• Support automated role allocation processes
• Manage user identity lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding
• Operate and support IAM tools and self-service platforms
• Investigate and resolve identity and access-related incidents
• Conduct regular access reviews and compliance audits
• Ensure access governance processes meet security and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with security and operational teams to improve IAM capabilities Essential Skills ✅ Active SC Clearance ✅ Experience within Identity & Access Management (IAM) ✅ Strong understanding of RBAC principles and governance ✅ User provisioning and deprovisioning experience ✅ Access review and audit experience ✅ Security incident investigation and resolution capabilities Ideal Background
