Field Based Sales Manager

🚀 Field Based Sales Manager | Sykes Cottages Ready to lead a high-performing sales network and drive growth across the UK's largest holiday letting portfolio? We're looking for a Field Based Sales Manager to coach, develop and support our network of self-employed Property Consultants, helping them convert opportunities, grow owner acquisition and deliver outstanding commercial results.

• 💰 £40,000-£45,000 DOE + car allowance
• 📍 Chester HQ with nationwide travel
• ⏰ Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm In this role, you'll:
• ✅ Lead and coach a UK-wide team of Property Consultants
• ✅ Drive sales performance, conversion and owner acquisition
• ✅ Analyse pipelines and identify growth opportunities
• ✅ Support negotiations and overcome sales obstacles
• ✅ Build referral networks and generate new leads
• ✅ Use data, technology and AI to improve performance and efficiency
• ✅ Work closely with Product, Technology and Data teams to shape the future of our sales journey We're looking for someone with:
• ✔️ Experience leading field-based sales teams
• ✔️ Strong commercial and pipeline management skills
• ✔️ A track record of improving sales performance
• ✔️ Excellent coaching, communication and negotiation skills
