We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Assistant to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build or develop a career in treasury within a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of the Treasury function, you will support day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate cash management, effective banking processes, and strong financial controls across the organisation. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and assist with short-term cash flow forecasting
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
• Support the processing of payments, including supplier payments, payroll, and intercompany transfers
• Maintain banking documentation and assist with the opening, closing, and management of bank accounts
• Assist in managing company credit cards, expense claims, and treasury-related records
• Prepare treasury reports for senior management, including cash movements, balances, and variance analysis
• Support compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with internal teams and external banking partners as required
• Contribute to continuous improvements within treasury processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy About You
• Experience in a finance or treasury-related role is preferred (or a strong interest in treasury operations)
• Strong numerical accuracy with excellent attention to detail
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling financial data
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
• A proactive, analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
