The successful candidate will become part of a specialist Industrial Disease team, handling a varied caseload while receiving support from experienced colleagues within a collaborative and friendly environment. The Role You will be responsible for managing and progressing a caseload of industrial disease and personal injury matters, whilst assisting senior fee earners on more complex claims. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing claimant industrial disease files from inception through to conclusion.
• Assisting on complex and high-value litigation matters.
• Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence.
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and third parties.
• Maintaining excellent standards of client care.
• Ensuring compliance with Civil Procedure Rules and firm procedures.
• Supporting business growth through professional and effective case handling. About You The ideal candidate will have:
• Qualified Solicitor status (NQ-3 years PQE ideally).
• Previous experience handling claimant personal injury matters.
• Industrial disease experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
