Data, Analytics, AI & Power BI Manager | Belfast | Hybrid We're working with an established organisation that is looking for a hands-on Data, Analytics, AI & Power BI Manager to join its growing Data & Analytics function. This is a player-manager role, combining team leadership with hands-on Power BI, analytics, AI and dashboard development. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing the Power BI environment
- Building Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models
- Working with SQL, Power Query and DAX
- Developing HTML/CSS/JavaScript dashboards
- Exploring practical uses of AI, Copilot, agents and automation
- Managing and prioritising BI, analytics and AI delivery
- Working with senior stakeholders across the business
- Coaching and developing analysts, developers and data professionals They're looking for:
- Strong, hands-on Power BI experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience managing or coordinating BI/data teams
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or the wider Microsoft data ecosystem
- Experience developing HTML-based dashboards or web applications
