Working closely with technical service, production, and customers, you'll help deliver solutions that meet real‑world industrial challenges. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing new lubricant formulations and improving existing blends
• Conducting laboratory testing and analysis to ensure product performance
• Supporting technical service teams with customer trials and problem‑solving
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations
• Maintaining accurate records of formulations, test data, and quality documentation
• Collaborating with production to scale up laboratory formulations into manufacturing batches
• Monitoring industry trends and contributing to continuous product innovation What We're Looking For
• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience in formulation chemistry, ideally within lubricants, oils, or coatings
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of tribology, additives, and industrial applications (advantageous)
