- Support planning applications with drawings and technical input
- Answer contractor queries, attend site meetings and help resolve technical issues during construction

- Attend monthly design team meetings and respond to contractor RFIs What you'll bring
- An HNC, HND or degree in Architectural Technology, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years' experience producing technical and construction drawings, ideally on residential projects such as one-off homes, conversions or extensions
- A strong understanding of the Building Regulations, UK planning processes and construction methods
- Confidence and proficiency with Revit
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once
- The ability to explain technical decisions plainly to homeowners, many of whom are building for the first time

- MCIAT, or progress towards CIAT chartership
- Passive House certification or experience on low-energy projects
- Experience detailing accessible housing or home adaptations
- Experience with barn conversions or listed buildings What we offer
