• Placing candidates into contracts across the world 🌍
• Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients
• Supporting the logistics and coordination of placements
• Managing and developing the CRM database
• Working with an excellent portfolio of established clients They operate within a niche industry, have a strong client base and, importantly, there's no cold calling. The team works collaboratively, making this a really positive environment for someone looking to develop their recruitment career. Who are they looking for? Ideally, you'll have:
• Previous recruitment experience
• A degree-level education
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach 💰 £33,000–£35,000 base salary (flexible) 💸 Excellent commission structure (OTE £80,000) ✈️ Annual overseas trip ❤️ Charity and team events 🏡 Hybrid working — Mondays from home ⏰ 8am–5pm 📍 Based near Liverpool Street, London
