The role provides a holistic wrap around service that effectively prepares students for their destinations, which will enable them to be successful in their future lives and careers. This will include group delivery and mentoring students in small groups and on a 1-2-1 basis. You will enable them to learn well and progress in all aspects of development including personal, social, educational, employability skills, physical and mental health and wellbeing. You will work closely with curriculum and apprenticeship teams, to ensure that students aspirations are raised. This is a fabulous facilitator role to step into further education that opens up progression opportunities in teaching and learning.
