Client Services Liaison

We are seeking a Client Services Liaison to manage and coordinate client flight activity, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience through effective planning, communication, and operational support. This role plays a crucial part in liaising between clients, operations, and internal teams to ensure efficient flight delivery in line with client expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Client satisfaction score for supported trips Job requirements Essential
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial or client-focused environment
• Experience in corporate or commercial aviation
• High-level customer service experience
• Flexibility in working hours including out-of-hours and weekend cover
• Good understanding of aircraft performance
• Excellent geographical knowledge
• High level of spoken and written English
• Exceptional telephone manner
• Strong operational understanding Desirable
• Additional language skills (e.g. French, German)
• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
