Senior Network Planning Manager

Senior Network Planning Manager Coventry Hub Hybrid working available, subject to business needs We're looking for an experienced Senior Network Planning Manager to lead end-to-end operational planning across Evri's national hub, depot and transport network. This is a senior planning role focused on turning volume forecasts into robust, executable operational plans, ensuring we have the right capacity, processing capability, resource and transport requirements in place to deliver across the network. You'll bring together planning across hubs, depots and transport, identifying constraints, balancing capacity and ensuring the operation is prepared for both business-as-usual and critical trading periods including Peak, Bank Holidays and other high-volume events. What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end operational and network planning across hubs, depots and transport.
• Translate volume forecasts into capacity, processing, resource and transport plans.
• Identify network constraints, capacity risks and potential service impacts, developing appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
• Lead scenario planning and operational readiness for Peak and other critical trading periods.
• Use data, modelling and operational insight to improve network performance, resilience, service and cost.
• Work closely with Operations, Transport, Commercial and Finance to ensure plans are aligned across the network.
• Provide insight, challenge and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support operational decision-making. What we're looking for
• Significant experience within operational, network, logistics or supply chain planning.
• Strong experience of volume forecasting and capacity planning within a large, complex operation.
• A strong understanding of how hub or warehouse operations, network flow and transport requirements interact.
• Experience planning for Peak, seasonal demand or other high-volume operational periods.
• Strong analytical capability, including Excel modelling and scenario planning.
• Experience identifying operational and capacity risks and developing contingency plans.
• Confidence influencing and challenging senior stakeholders. Experience within parcels, e-commerce, retail distribution, 3PL, FMCG or another large-scale logistics network would be particularly valuable.
