Senior Planner Associate Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Work closely with supervisor to develop strategic and integrated media planning & recommendations, implement media plans and monitor the whole process from briefing to post buy
• Support on campaign execution, inclusive of trafficking, monitoring campaign status and evaluating campaign performance based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies
• Conduct competitive analysis and regular reports and deduce actions from learnings and insights to achieve campaign KPI
• Work closely with the external media partners and media vendors to ensure the best price is offered to the client through effective negotiation
• Learn to become client's first point of contact and handle the day-to-day management of the accounts
• Utilizing various propriety planning tools to generate learning and insight from data
• Learn and adapt to the evolving media landscape in Hong Kong on an ongoing basis Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above with 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, with strong written and spoken communication skills; Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage
• Good PC skill, and proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint and internet operation)
• Ability to build relationship internally and externally
• Ability to cope with pressure and manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment as an active team player
• Passionate in media innovation and data insights
