Join a leading-edge company ,who are seeking a Billing Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our billing department, ensuring all processes are executed accurately and efficiently in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Day-to-day of the role:

• Daily Supervision: Manage and organise the daily workflow of the department, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.
• Team Development: Provide ongoing support to the department, identifying skill gaps and training needs.
• Workload Management: Monitor workload, allocate tasks, and support operations with billing tasks and reporting during peak periods.
• Cycle Management: Oversee monthly billing cycles and recharge reporting, ensuring data integrity.
• Billing Strategy Support: Develop and implement complex billing strategies.
• Error Reduction: Audit outputs to identify and correct recurring data errors.
• Query Support: Act as the escalation point for complex billing disputes.
• Root-Cause Investigation: Analyse billing anomalies and collaborate on long-term fixes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial operations and development teams to ensure efficient operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a billing operation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Advanced Numerical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and familiar with enterprise billing software.
• People Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Highly organised with the ability to diagnose and solve billing errors.
