Ecommerce Trading Manager - D2C

Ecommerce Manager – D2C & TikTok Shop West of London | Hybrid (3 days in office) We're partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand to find an Ecommerce Manager to own and grow their direct-to-consumer channels. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with full ownership of the brand's D2C website and TikTok Shop. You'll drive revenue, customer acquisition and retention across both channels, and play a key part in shaping the business's digital growth strategy. The Role

• Own the end-to-end performance of the D2C website, including trading, merchandising, promotions, CRO and site development
• Lead and scale the TikTok Shop channel, including product listings, campaigns, live shopping, affiliate and creator partnerships, and Shop Ads
• Set channel strategy and deliver against revenue, margin and growth targets
• Analyse performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities and optimise the customer journey
• Manage the D2C trading calendar and work closely with marketing, brand, operations and finance teams
• Oversee relationships with agencies, app partners and platform contacts
• Report on channel KPIs to senior stakeholders About You
• Proven experience managing a Shopify D2C store with significant revenue responsibility
• Hands-on experience running and growing a TikTok Shop, ideally within FMCG, health, wellness or beauty
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and hitting targets
• Confident using data and analytics tools (GA4, Shopify analytics, TikTok Seller Centre) to make decisions
• Solid understanding of CRO, CRM/retention, and paid social within an ecommerce context
• Experience managing agencies and working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactive and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment What's on Offer
