Test Manager

Test Manager – CRM Transformation – ERP - London (Remote) - £350 p/d (Outside IR35) – 6-month initial contract We are seeking an experienced Programme Test Manager to support a large-scale CRM transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment. The programme involves the implementation and integration of a new CRM platform alongside ERP, data management, legacy systems and associated business applications. The transformation will support changes to customer relationship management, engagement processes, risk management and wider business workflows. The successful candidate will provide overall test leadership, governance and delivery assurance across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams, ensuring testing is appropriately planned, managed and executed throughout the programme lifecycle. Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Programme Test Manager / Test Manager on complex transformation programmes.
• Strong experience managing testing across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Extensive experience across SIT, UAT, Regression, E2E, Data Migration and NFT/OAT.
• Experience working with enterprise CRM, ERP and integrated business systems.
• Strong understanding of system integration and large-scale data migration testing.
• Experience developing and managing test strategies, plans, schedules, dependencies, resources and quality gates.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior/executive reporting skills.
• Experience managing test risks, issues, dependencies and defects through to resolution.
• Experience supporting release, deployment and go-live readiness activities.
• Experience working within regulated, compliance-driven or audit-focused environments.
• Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills Location: Remote Day Rate: £350 p/d (Outside IR35) Duration: Initial 6-month contract
