Senior Cloud Architect

Role: Senior Cloud Architect Duration: 6-Month Initial Contract (Potential for extension or permanent absorption) Location: Glasgow, Scotland Working Model: Hybrid (2 Days per week in office) Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Architecture: Produce comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) specifications for global cloud platforms.
• Framework Development: Architect multi-region cloud landing zones, robust account structures, and core network transit routes.
• Infrastructure as Code: Write, test, and deploy highly modular IaC utilizing Terraform.
• Observability & Health: Integrate advanced enterprise monitoring and telemetry frameworks to guarantee optimal platform health and performance.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural patterns strictly align with zero-trust security principles and industry regulatory standards. Technical Requirements:
• Proven commercial track record architecting multi-region enterprise cloud environments, specifically within AWS or Azure.
• Advanced proficiency in Terraform, automated infrastructure provisioning, and deployment pipelines.
• Deep, hands-on experience configuring enterprise observability, telemetry, and monitoring solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and translate complex designs to global stakeholders.
