What You'll Be Doing

• Provide remote 1st / 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and connectivity issues
• Support Windows / Mac devices, Microsoft 365, email, and business apps
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and remote access
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device configuration
• Log tickets accurately and keep users updated
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required
• Help maintain secure and reliable remote systems Who This Role Suits

• Active Directory / Entra ID / endpoint management experience

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
